Today's gospel also presents our Lord Jesus
Christ as the Restorer of life. When
Jesus arrived at the home of Jairus were they had already prepared for the
burial of a little girl, he said to them, “Why do you make a tumult and weep?
The child is not dead but sleeping.” And they laughed at him. But he put them
all outside, and took the child’s father and mother and those who were with
him, and went in where the child was. Taking her by the hand he said to her,
“Talitha cumi”; which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” And
immediately the girl got up and walked" Child of God, as long as our Lord
Jesus Christ is concerned you will not die premature death. He will not allow
the enemies to bury you untimely. You shall live to glorify the name of the
Lord and it shall be well with you in Jesus name -Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Healer and Restorer of Life
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest
Healer the world has ever known. As a healer, He was so powerful that even the
fringe of his garment was bringing healing to the people. In the gospel of Mark
5:21-43 a
woman with an issue of blood said to herself: “If I touch even his garments, I
shall be made well.” And immediately the haemorrhage ceased- and she felt in
her body that she was healed of her disease." Child of God, you may not
touch Jesus with your physical hand, but with faith Jesus can touch any part of
your body, especially those parts where you are experiencing pains. You are
receiving your healing in Jesus name - Amen!
